Bad Phone ettiquette rude phone conversation. you gave me bigger tires than i asked for but you said they were fine. they may work. but it was not what i asked for. How incredibly rude

Single mom,they totally helped me I am a single mom with 2 kids.I cannot be without my vehicle(like Johnson's wants you to do) So I checked out Alaska Tire Service,they promise 30 min.and I waited with the vehicle.I was worried about the kids but they have plenty of kid stuff to do in the showroom,my kids did not even want to leave the place.Customer service? I could not afford what I needed-they worked with me and I left feeling like part of the family.I will definitely be back there.

Had a blow out and got great service!!! Had a bad morning to start off with coming from girdwood to anchorage. My tire blew out, when I got to Anchorage I stopped at Alaska Tire Service. The help I received was perfect. I was aready behind in my schdule and they got me in and out in 15mins. Very friendly sales people that knew how to help me in a hurry... Thx for all the help and I will definitely tell my friends to come see you guys.
